These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Repysis online platform, operated by Raufi Communications (Inh. Monib Raufi), located in Gelsenkirchen, Germany. By accessing or subscribing to Repysis, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Repysis provides online reputation monitoring, scoring, and reporting tools, including AI-powered features for response generation and crisis prediction. Access requires account registration and compliance with payment terms. **The AI-powered features (e.g., review response suggestions, crisis scores) are provided as suggestions only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.** The user is solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using any output generated by the AI features. Repysis does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal compliance of the AI-generated content.
Repysis offers a 14-day free trial for the Pro package. During this period, you have full access to all Pro features without charge. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. The free trial period is considered the initial period of satisfaction guarantee.
All prices include applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
All content, designs, algorithms, and trademarks on Repysis are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.
**Intellectual Property of AI Output:** The user retains all rights to the content generated by the AI features based on the user's input (e.g., generated review responses). However, Repysis makes no representation or warranty regarding the originality or non-infringement of third-party intellectual property rights concerning the AI-generated output. The user is solely responsible for ensuring that the use of the AI output does not infringe any third-party rights.
Repysis shall not be held liable for damages resulting from slight negligence, except for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
**Specific Liability for AI Output:** Repysis is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use, publication, or reliance on AI-generated content (e.g., review responses, crisis scores). This includes, but is not limited to, liability for defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, or inaccurate information. The user indemnifies Repysis against all third-party claims arising from the user's use of the AI output.
Users may terminate their accounts anytime. Repysis may suspend access in case of misuse or legal violation.
These Terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Gelsenkirchen, Deutschland.
Repysis operates an optional Affiliate Program that allows registered users to earn commissions for referring new paying customers. Participation is voluntary and requires a valid Repysis account. Affiliates receive a unique referral link for tracking purposes.
Commissions are credited only after the referred customer remains active for at least 30 days. Repysis reserves the right to adjust, withhold, or cancel commissions in cases of refund, fraud, or misuse. All payouts are made monthly via PayPal or bank transfer, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.
Affiliates must comply with applicable advertising laws, including proper disclosure of affiliate relationships. Repysis may modify or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time with reasonable notice.
